This application allows you to view the place on a map where photos stored in a Flickr photoset were taken. The positions are read from the geo:lat= and geo:lon= tags in the database.
To start, type in a Flickr username (such as 'Simon Chorley') and click Search. This will verify the name and if valid will display a list of the users sets. Select a set from the list and the photos will automatically be loaded.
The page is split into two parts. The left shows information about the photo and set. The top box shows the current photo and the next and previous three in the set. Clicking on the others moves to that photo. Below that is the current status. The next box shows the title, latitude, longitude, bearing, description, date taken, tags and comments of the current photo. The final box shows the title, description and number of photos in the set.
The right side of the window shows a map with either marker or thumbnails representing the place each photo was taken. The map uses Google Maps so the map navigation interface is the same. Clicking on a marker pops up a preview of the image and updates the information display. Pressing 'c' centers the map on the current photo.
